Had the honor to train two sisters from Dallas Texas in the discus! Both Georgia and Emerson came up with their father to learn at the Mirabelli throwing School! What success in only 6 hours.

Anthony Barber one of my hardest Mirabelli Trainee’s
Finished 3rd in the HS division at yesterday’s JavFest in East Stroudsburg PA with a throw a personal best of 185’. Anthony will be heading to Arcadia University in a few weeks. Good luck Anthony a 15 foot PR is a big improvement!
