Team Training

Team Training is now available! The Mark Mirabelli throwing School can now come to your school and help set up your Shot Put, Discus and Javelin program for the season.

You will receive two hours of personal training as a group with Dartfish video analysis of each athlete for each event, numerous drills, plyometrics for the upper and lower body, endurance training and sample weight lifting routines. I will also provide sample practice sessions for the week that will help you organize a well groomed practice for all your throwers.

 As a coach you will recieve a training handout for each event and a set of the "Mark Mirabelli Throwing Series"  Basic Shot, Discus, and Javelin on CD-Rom.( $80.00 value).

You will also recieve a 10% Discount from First to the Finish if you order any track items. (click banner at the top of the page)

Cost & Times

Training sessions will take place on Saturdays from 9-4 pm. Implements will be provided by the school. Cost for the day will be provided by contacting Mark Mirabelli at mark@mmtrackandfield.com or by calling 609-267-4810.
